PrimeLine Hi Temp Precision Metering Pump
Model 530
The 530 Series High Temperature Metering Pump uses stainless steel isolation diaphragms in a hydraulic manifold to separate the fluid being pumped from the driver pump. Therefore, the pump seals are always at ambient temperature and never in contact with the pump fluid. This combination insures a long seal life and trouble free operation at high temperature and pressure as well as the ability to pump a wide range of reagents.
Front panel control allows the user to set flow rate, minimum and maximum pressure settings, and full gradient programming when connected to a second pump.
The four line LED display reads out flow rate, min and max pressure settings, and operating pressure (digital Transducer included.)
Model 530 Features
- Remote hydraulic pump head allows portion of pump to be operated within oven or explosion proof compartment, while the control and electronics remain outside (1.5 meter maximum separation). This allows for the same flow control and programming features that we offer in our standard HPLC pumps, but at temperatures up to 200°C.
- 5000 psi (34,475kPa) maximum operation pressure @200°C.
- 0.1 to 20 ml/min flow rate.
- 200°C maximum operating temperature
- Combine two pumps together for high pressure gradient operation. This feature allows user to program changes in solvent composition over time periods that ranges from 6 seconds to 999 minutes.
- Maximum pressure ripple of 1% at 1500psi (10,345kPa.)
- Wetted materials are 316 SS, Teflon, PEEK, 17-4ph, sapphire and ruby.
- Flow accuracy of ±1% or 2 μl/min (whichever is greater.) Precision 0.25%.
- Pump head heating options include oil gallery, electric heating element, or placement in customers oven.
