Flexography
This process is favored in package printing due to brilliant colour it produces. By creating a master magnesium plate and transferring the reverse image to a matrix board, multiple rubber plates can be produced. These rubber plates are economical and very easy to work with.

Embossing
Embossing employs magnesium, copper, zinc, or brass dies under heat and pressure to create a relief image. The end result is an impactful presentation of a raised image.

Foil stamping
Foil stamping has enjoyed increasing popularity as a means to create striking visuals. Foil can be found on consumer goods labels, book covers, greeting cards, presentation folders, business cards, stationary, and trading cards. Because heat it is required in the transfer of foil to the paper, magnesium is ideally suited for creating foil stamping dies.

Signage, Nameplates

Features of our Etching Machines:	Strong construction and corrosion resistant materials assure long life of machines. Plate rotary motion eliminates the possibility of non uniform etching. A highly sensitive temperature controller reduces to a minimum temperature variations which take place during etching cycle.
